Tuesday, I’ll be speaking on the value and benefit of bringing business data to IT data. I’ll explain how to get true business value out of your IT data by binding and combine master data (customer, SLA, contract data) with IT data. And I’ll demonstrate the benefits of fully understanding business impact and value of areas of the network and issues that impact business and revenue, both short and long term.
